Listen to the rushing water while enjoying a cookout or just relaxing on the sun deck. Fishing is just a few steps from the front door or travel a mile up the road to Cooper's Creek Trout Pond. Enjoy the view of your own private waterfall from the front porch. The fire pit is perfect for an evening marshmallow roast.

This cozy cabin has been recently updated but retains the old charm with many of the tables made of reclaimed wood from the original homestead. This two bedroom, one bath cabin has a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The trout-themed cabin has central air/heat, washer/dryer and a well equipped kitchen. It is a perfect getaway for couples or small families seeking a comfortable and well located nest for their Smoky Mountain vacation.

The cabin is conveniently located between Bryson City and Cherokee. The quaint town of Bryson offers shopping, restaurants, tubing and hiking at Deep Creek and the Great Smokey Mountain Railroad. You might also enjoy the Nantahala Brewing Company or the new winery in town. Cherokee has a beautiful park for picnics along the river. Enjoy the many unique shops and Native American history of this charming town. Cherokee is home to Harrah's Casino and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Spend the day hiking, horseback riding or just exploring the park. It is a beautiful one-hour ride over the mountain to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN.

We had great experience staying at the Falls Creek Cabin, we stayed at the cabin for three nights for a short honeymoon. The cabin was clean and beautiful! It was so peaceful to listen to the creek outside at night. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals in the homey kitchen and having nightly campfires near the stream. The cabin is conveniently located to the park and a lot of the activities. While we were there we hiked the Smoky Mountains, we went shopping around the town of Cherokee and and also went horseback riding in the park at Smokemont Stables. Three days really wasn't enough time to see and do everything in the area so we will definitely be back!

We had such a fabulous time at Falls Creek Cabin! The owners make it so convenient to check in and check out and they made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and the beds were oh so comfy! Sleeping with the window open and listening to the rushing creek was so peaceful and it put us right to sleep. We even had our own private waterfall!!! My kids ages 8 and 10 really enjoyed playing in the creek and fishing off the creek bank. We all caught some fish but my son caught a whopper rainbow trout right off the bank! Byrson City and Cherokee were just a short drive away. We had lunch at The Filling Station and the Cuban Sandwich was great!!! We hit up The Great Smoky Mountsin National Park in Cherokee and climbed to the top of Clingman's Dome and also hiked up to a beautiful waterfall. We can't wait to return to Falls Creek Cabin year after year! We wish could could come back NOW!
